Re:Imagine

Introduction

As local churches and regional teams, we want to see growth in terms of lives transformed by Jesus. Our aim is to work in partnership with churches towards the kind of developments which result in growth, and as we work alongside individual churches and communities in a wide range of different circumstances, we are constantly developing tools that will help the process.

Re:imagine

Re:Imagine is a missional learning community especially for leadership teams

It takes the form of a residential weekend and then 3 day long hub gatherings, each 6 months apart. We hope that it will help teams to build momentum in the transition towards mission being the heart of all they are and no longer simply something they do.

Re:Imagine is very much a community where people learn most from one another. There is something very special about the dynamic exchange of thinking and practice, which takes place when teams grow in both confidence and vulnerability. No one is better than anyone else, but everyone begins to celebrate whatever God is doing through each other.”

Nigel Coles

By the end of the Re:Imagine process, you as a leadership team will be better equipped to discover, and to keep on discovering, what it is that God wants you as a church to be….

Where is Re:Imagine available?

Re:Imagine is led by regional teams, for Baptist churches in their Association. It is now available across the Baptist Union for any Associations who want to bring it into their region for church leadership teams.

At the moment three Associations are doing Re:Imagine. They are the West of England Baptist Network, Northern Baptist Association and East Midland Baptist Association.

If you’re part of a regional team and you’d like to take a closer look at Re:Imagine, please get in touch; we’d love to have a chat with you some time soon.

If you’re from a Baptist church in an Association that isn’t currently offering Re:Imagine, please contact your regional team and see if Re:Imagine is heading your way!
